Super Eagles Assistant Coach Salisu Yusuf promises Nigerians better performance against England

Super Eagles Assistant Coach Salisu Yusuf has said Nigerians should expect a better performance against England when the side face England in another World Cup build-up game on Saturday. The Super Eagles played a 1-1 draw with DR Congo on Monday in Port Harcourt and will square up against England on Saturday at Wembley Stadium before their last build-up game against Czech in Austria on June 6th.

Yusuf spoke to newsmen on the sidelines of a seminar on wealth creation, investments and portfolio management organized for players and officials of the Super Eagles in Abuja. He explained that the Super Eagles were a bit cautious against the Leopards of the Democratic Republic of Congo, adding that they wanted to avoid injuries ahead of the World Cup.
